Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you're ready to move money out, head to the withdrawal section in your qq00 account. We route payouts to the same wallet or bank account you used to deposit — that matching keeps the process clean and reduces the chance of a hold. GrabPay, Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet are all supported for outgoing transfers, and DuitNow gives you a
direct line back to your Malaysian bank account. Complete your account verification first if you haven't already; unverified accounts are limited on outgoing transfers as a security measure we apply across the board.
- Open the withdrawal screen — Log in to your qq00 account and tap 'Withdraw'. The screen shows your available balance and the payout channels currently open to you.
- Select your payout method — Choose from Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or DuitNow. Where possible, pick the same channel you deposited with to keep things moving quickly.
- Enter amount and submit — Key in the RM amount you want to withdraw, double-check the destination wallet or account number shown, then confirm the request.
- Verification check before release — Our system runs a verification pass — if your account is fully verified, the payout moves to your chosen wallet. Pending documents delay release until they're cleared.
